Private classes are available for £8 for 30 minutes.  Each private class is specialised to meet your needs and work on areas in your life that may need some extra love and tenderness. Not all classes have to be sitting perfectly still and cause you a numb bum, with walking meditation available too. Contact me directly for more information about private guided meditation classes.
