£36 for a block booking of 5 classes.
Private tuition starts at only £16 per hour online, £20 per hour in person.

HATHA YOGA
Yoga to strengthen, tone and improve balance.
This Power class is designed to improve your confidence in each Asana (pose) to ensure safe, correct alignment, and the best benefits from each pose.
Perfect for beginners to advanced individuals looking to improve their technique.

VINYASA YOGA
A Vinyasa flow to get the heart pumping and blood flowing! This class promises a cardiovascular workout and improved muscular endurance.
With a specific focus on integrating the asanas and creating a moving meditation practice.
Good for those with some previous knowledge of yoga to allow safe transitions. I recommend these classes for intermediate to advanced practitioners.

YIN YOGA
A relaxing, calming, restorative class to improve your flexibility.
Every lesson activates the parasympathetic nervous system for better health and reduced stress levels.
Perfect for those with injuries who need to improve mobility of their joints.
These classes are also designed to help you connect inwards and release any difficult emotions or stress.
Suitable for all levels.

CHAIR YOGA
Available at Merton and Morden Social Guild on Mondays 11am-12pm.
Chair Yoga is hosted at a discounted price of £4 for those >70 years. Recommended for anyone with reduced mobility, aiming to improve balance, strength and coordination.
As a junior doctor, I strongly believe in the power of preventative medicine and yoga comes into play here! Helping to keep the mind present and body active for all ages and abilities.
